En abril de 2008, la Comisión Europea publicó el «Informe Anual 2007 sobre el funcionamiento del sistema de intercambio rápido de información para productos no alimenticios». Este trabajo da razón del contenido del informe y de las principales conclusiones que se pueden extraer de los datos estadísticos que aporta. También se compara el presente informe con el de 2006, comentados en InDret 3/2007.

Product Safety: 2007 Anual Report of the European Commission
In April, 2008, the European Commission published the “2007 Annual Report on the operation of the Rapid Alert System for non-food products”. This paper presents the contents of the report and the main conclusions that can be inferred from its statistical data. Additionally, the paper compares and contrasts the present report with the 2006 report, already commented on InDret 3/2007.
