InDret Selection of Torts Cases Issued by the Spanish Supreme Court

InDret publishes its third annual selection of ten torts cases issued by the Private Law Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court. All selected cases dealt with central questions of the Law of Torts. We also provide the reader with InDret 2004 and 2005 selections.
