En el presente trabajo tratamos de realizar una serie de reflexiones críticas sobre el texto del Anteproyecto de Ley de impulso a la mediación. Se comentan y analizan los preceptos objeto de reforma por el citado anteproyecto a través de la modificación de tres normas: la Ley 5/2012, de 6 de julio, de mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles, la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil y la Ley de Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita, para incorporar la mediación entre sus servicios.

Comments to the Draft Law on the Impulse to Mediation

In the present work we try to make a series of critical reflections on the text of the Draft Law to promote mediation. We discuss and analyze the precepts subject to reform by the aforementioned draft through the modification of three rules: Law 5/2012, of July 6, mediation in civil and commercial matters, the Law of Civil Procedure and the Law of Free Legal Assistance, to incorporate mediation between its services.
