Ya sólo la doctrina alemana sobre el sistema de Derecho penal llena bibliotecas enteras. Constituiría un atrevimiento, en una conferencia limitada no sólo por razones de tiempo, si se pretendiera tratar el grado insuperable de diferenciación y sutilidad de los argumentos que se intercambian al respecto. Por eso intentaré hacer de la necesidad una virtud: en las siguientes 33 tesis se sistematizará «a golpes de martillo» el sistema de Derecho penal que considero correcto para el siglo XXI.

It would be daring, in a conference limited not only for time reasons, if I tried to deal with the insuperable level of differentiation and subtlety of the points made nowadays in this respect. Therefore, I will try to make a virtue of necessity: in the following 33 theses it will be systematized ­through hammer strokes­ the Criminal law system which I consider correct for the 21th century
