En este artículo se analiza la aplicación supletoria del art. 1348 CC en Aragón cuando resulta aplicable la Compilación aragonesa al régimen económico matrimonial paccionado, revisando argumentos favorables a su inaplicación y añadiendo otros nuevos. Por otro lado, se analiza la conveniencia de regular en Aragón la compensación por el trabajo doméstico. Para ello, se examina, desde otra óptica y con otros resultados de investigación, las sentencias del TS que han interpretado
hasta la fecha el referido precepto.

The non-application in Aragon of the article 1438 of the CC (Reflections on Supreme Court sentences about household work domestic)

In this article, supplementary application of the article 1348 of the Civil Code is analysed in Aragon territory. In particular we analyse this kind of application when Aragonese Compilation can be applied to the Agreed Married Economic Regime reviewing favourable arguments for its non-application and adding new arguments. In the other hand, it is analysed, also in Aragon territory, the convenience of regulating compensation for household work. To do this, it is analysed from another point of view and with other research findings some Supreme Court sentences that have interpreted the aforementioned precept.
