Este trabajo, consciente de la política de Open Price Contract establecida en los Principles of European Contract Law y en el Draft Common Frame of Reference, valora si efectivamente esta solución puede ser la mejor o la más oportuna aplicable al contrato de compraventa, sobre todo en los contratos celebrados con los consumidores, y en relación con el remedio de la acción de reducción del precio.

Open Price Contract, actio quanti minoris and consumer: compatibility in the Draft Common Frame of Reference?

This paper, cognizant of the Open Price Contract view established in the Principles of European Contract Law and in the Draft Common Frame of Reference, assesses whether this solution may be best or effective in the case of the contract of sale, specially in relation to consumer sales and with respect to the remedy of the reduction in price.
